I've got a big dinner yesterday to live up to. Miniest's birthday and she chose home made pizza and butter chicken for her birthday meal! Now I don't know what to do for dinner tonight! In the meantime I've experimented with making cupcakes out of brownie mix.
Edit: Cupcakes turned out fine

South melbourne dim sims at the beach for me. Lotsa chilli in the soy sauce.
The chicken part of the a chicken Caesar salad. Which I mostly shared with my mother's cat because mother's cat has stopped eating her food (cat is 18)
Cat all her portion though, which is extremely good news.
