There seems to be a bit of PLA in the screw hole of the hotend, probably from a previous clog, and that is preventing me from unscrewing it. Any tips?

Your printer has the hidden ability of being able to melt plastic 😉

Thanks, I was just worried that it could damage the hotend if I were to unscrew it while hot.

As long as your thermistor or heater block doesn't fall out you should be fine. But if you want to be safe, just set it to 200 and then turn it off before you unscrew it so that it won't thermal runaway if it comes apart while working on it.

Thanks very much.

Heat up the hot end then unscrew?

When in doubt, get hot and screw.

Hotend stuck in penis. Please help.

See, the other guy has a tiny penis, because he got his penis stuck in the tiny hot end.

You, on the other hand, must be packing some real heat to get the hotend up your urethra. Thank you for your service.

Let me service you.

I have a a very thin penis. The ratio between girth and urethra diameter is just ... Different.

Heat guns are what I use to loosen things up.

Cigarette lighter and a small nail/pin. Heat it up and scrape out what you can. Heat the nail and print head.

Little kitchen blow torch / jet lighter for better effect.

Lighter + Screwdriver then shove it in.

It’s the end that gets hot.

Wow. There is a word 'hotend'.

Is it pronounced 'ho tend' or is it pronounced in a way that makes you wonder whether someone forgot a space? (Or a T, I guess)

Hot end. Its the end that gets hot.
