There is no guarantee your fans/teams will be able to enter the US. There is no guarantee your fans/teams will be able to return home. Don't come to the US.

I mean why the fuck is it there anyway they've literally spent decades shitting on the sport.

Major League Soccer has been gaining traction for a few years now, teams getting big and rich enough to buy Messi for $150M for 2.5 years, Apple bought the US MLS distribution rights for $2.5B over 10 years, a lot of people stand to make a lot of money. A whole new untapped market for fifa and the teams and advertisers and every company who advertises.
If the US arrests a bunch of our football hooligans and throws them into a cage, good riddance.
It’s more the teams that would be in danger. Especially from any South American countries.
Nobody is forcing them to go there.
Maybe they need them to show them how to riot. Fresh blood and all that
