Compassion for the disabled is a left wing trait. Do not expect compassion from ICE. They do not care that you will suffer from their actions.
Now that is simply not true. They enjoy it immensely, your suffering is very important for their job satisfaction.
Remember one of the last things Charlie Kirk was preaching: that empathy itself was a sin.
Elon Musk has also made such statements and Donald Trump demonstrates that beleif every day. For people who are incredibly self absorbed or isolated or trapped by the threat of being powerful, empathy might genuinely seem like a bad thing. But nobody who is part of a community of reciprocity would experience empathy that way, it is the glue that binds people together. That is an experience Trump and Musk have probably never had.
Bull fucking shit. Y'all are delighted to throw us disabled folk to the Nazis if it means it buys you a second.
In a circumstance that desperate, you're probably right, but people would also throw all kinds of others as well, so it isn't really unique to disabled people, it is a consequence of being forced to make extreme value decisions. Disabled people would also throw others to the Nazis if it meant protecting themselves in the same extreme circumstances.
Outside such circumstances, you're wrong. The left, when not stressed to panic, has significantly greater empathy and compassion than the right does and I would argue more so even in them. So while compassion for the disabled isn't an absolute, it only seems to exist in the left so it is a leftwing trait.
Just because it's a left wing trait doesn't mean that all left wing people share it.
