Pray? They'll hire literally anyone.
If they're anything like the cops, then they have a maximum IQ limit.
They're not even that rigorous.
Not sure about that, if you're empathetic, have sound morals or can think for yourself, you are probably out.
But decent people probably wouldn't apply over their dead bodies, so they'll hire anyone who is stupid, desperate, or asshole enough to apply.
They don't do background checks and don't check paperwork.
