Maybe whoever made this didn't consider them as land?

Edit: Although they only specify "Oceans" for the area of water, which excludes the mentioned other bodies of water. Idk...

For some apps at least, you can turn off notifications by category. Usually that takes care of any annoying ones.

I once did a whole bunch of research looking into turning my old gaming laptop into a Nas/Homeserver.

And buying the supporting hardware to get more than the three SATA ports it had (mcpie adapter and SATA card and a power supply) would have been more jank and expensive than buying a used desktop in a big case and using that instead.

I'd say it does make sense, the only thing I lost is power efficiency, but I'm trying to not think too hard about that :D

With the right software most consumer hardware can be a decent server, although not having ECC ram kinda sucks. Usually most motherboards have enough SATA ports for a few drives and if not, just add a PCIE card that does.

In the USA maybe, although I doubt that one could find a properly empty/unused forest in most of Europe.

Don't forget about morals, they often play a role in "holding" me back too.

even unzipped folders

That sounds super interesting, does it keep the folder structure intact? Because having to zip a folder to be able to download a folder with its structure intact is super annoying.

Edit: Oh it's just for uploading, still very cool though.

Which one? I have an i3 mega s (I think that's the name) and it's pretty basic and slow, but built relatively well. After however many hours of printing some of the bearings have failed, but they were easy and cheap to replace.
