Where have you been for the last 20 years? The money is in "luxury" pickups and SUVs. Maybe I should say expensive pickups. The big 3 don't care about inexpensive vehicles. People don't even want cars anymore, they want SUVs, CUVs, and pickups of course.
That’s right.
Why sell 100,000 vehicles at with $500 profit when they can sell 10,000 vehicles with $10,000 profit. Genius.
The people want what they're told to want.
You can argue about the effectiveness of ads, but at the end of it no one is buying cars. Honda Fit went under.
The Model 3 is the 2nd best selling EV in the US.
