What is his obsession with “auto pen”?
On the bright side, banning the auto pen means he would have to sign hundreds of pardons by hand if he needed to, and I think he's just too lazy to do that.
Projection.
Trying to cast doubt on anything Biden signed into law.
If he's successful the democrats better spend just as much time reversing anything Trump has signed too.

Just need to declare sharpies as an invalid signing instrument and that wipes everything Trump ever did.
That seems like it should be their platform. Retcon back to 2016, and repeal citizens United
That's still only a start.
And by extension, setting precedent on repealing laws based on procedural nitpicks rather than substance, meaning a LOT more laws might be up for debate.
They should be doing that anyways.
What the fuck is an autopen?
A device presidents have used in the past (and present) to help with signing their name.
You start with the result you want and work backwards:
C. Everything Biden did should be undone.
B. Biden did something frequently
A. Say any use of innocuous thing is invalidated
You see it a lot online, when people say X is true because of Y. But if they admit Y is flawed, that doesn't change their mind about X. They'll just invent a new reason.
He takes great pride in his own stupid signature and is offended that others don't give a shit as he does? Also, shit spamming the news.
His signature that looks like a death-metal band logo?
That's the nicest thing I've ever heard about his signature, and those logos deserve better.
Artistically, it's pretty bold. It's got rhythm, it's dynamic, it's insistent in its method. It's just that its legibility is worse than that of a Russian doctor's cursive writing, which for me is a visual companion to James ‘Blood’ Ulmer's ‘Timeless’. This is however fine for a death metal band logo — would work even better for grindcore.
I sometimes think he's just scared of the spooky pen moving like a ghost was using it...
