Just my opinion here, but I think Amazon Prime has quite a lot of good (original) content:

The Boys is good.

The Legend of Vox Machina and The Mighty Nein.

Good Omens was very entertaining.

Not my jam, but people seem to like Clarkson's farm.

I also liked Invincible

The most recent boys season was a difficult watch, but the last episode was phenomenal and so I'm a sucker and will continue watching.

The Expanse is the one show I'm impressed by

of course, they then cancelled it. and every Amazon show I've seen since has been shot, notably Wheel of Time and Rings of Power

SyFy cancelled The Expanse. Amazon picked it up and funded it to completion. Although only because Bezos loves the novels and was livid that StyFy got it in the first place.
