The problem is that I can register with temp email on Reddit, while it's not an option on Lemmy.

With all respect to your opinion, there is a lot of original content on Reddit. There is a reason why Reddit is one of the top Social Media websites in 2025(According to SimilarWeb):
Regardless of whether it has original content (of course it does, its userbase is massive 😅) it does still absolutely have a bot problem, and reddit has way more resources to throw at the issue than we do. This is pretty much all community built and run with donations.

The registration application is theoretically approved by Humans which ban Temporary email services.
I think "theoretically" is the keyword here. Never had an issue with it.
