Then the fascists will win and implode if left along long enough... or the remainder of the non-MAGA crowd will finally fall in line to oppose them
Thats not what happened in Germany. They seemed to be picking up steam until outer forces stopped them, and the 50%ers fell in line with the nazi regime.
Part of why Germany kept invading places was to spur on their failing economy with the plunder they got from conquered regions...
Absolutely. You have to remember though, that this is once they had full control and almost completely eliminated certain demographics.
This is not a win state.
and of course that means this is the only outcome possible?
No one said it did, but it seems very likely, because where is the noteworthy resistance?
Currently people are just protesting, but the vices are clamping down.
I believe people protest now because they have some morals and see where this is going, I would expect more once they are actually personally affected
The USA has lived under a "fuck you, got mine" culture for decades, it'll take some personal harm to undo it
The problem is that if you wait until you are affected, that allows for the old proverb of "first they came for..."
exactly the reason the USA fell... most people (most including the MAGA idiots) thought or still think the "bad stuff" is not going to be directed at them
