Yes, this is a totally real photo. Erika Kirk stood on her husband's casket getting motorboated by the vice president of the US while their shadows merged into one. This is definitely an event that would absolutely happen.

Also, if the lighting was at an angle, the shadows could have combined like that. It was the jumbled up text in the background that raised my eyebrow.
