Can we just convict him and the Republican party for election fraud already? If he insists he won three times hes currently breaking the law. You never need to be seated either time, win twice you can't run again that's the way it is written.
The republican party has to agree to be convicted, then things can proceed.
Not at all and state can sue about it.
