It never hurts to get checked out (unless you live somewhere where that could bankrupt you)

Getting good mental health is difficult, at least in the country I live in. It took me about 15 years to get an ADHD diagnosis, because for most of my life I've had lousy health insurance and I couldn't afford to see a good therapist or psychiatrist.
