This honestly would be a massively popular feature. Also yet another reason that autonomous vehicles are seeing success as they emerge.

right until someone figures out how to get into the driverless car unnoticed and has a private rape chamber..

one would hope they have cameras inside the cars but.. corporations..

Vehicles like Zoox's purpose-built robotaxi don't even have external door handles, so it would be even more difficult for someone to break in than a car - and there are emergency door release handles inside the robot, so also easy to exit the "rape chamber" you're imagining.

And yes, cameras inside and out.
