Probably more scientifically helpful than an actual chiropractor.

Fun fact, most know chiropractors are pseudo-science, but due to the normalization and regulation in the US, you are much less likely to get permanently injured by one there. But go to any other country and prepare for a lifelong injury.

Or, just stay away from them period like a smart little meat tenderloin.
