HGIBO Gundam Vidar
Super fun kit, as long as you go in expecting to do some painting. Gundam Color Phantom Gray and Gundam Marker Metallic Red were all I needed (besides my panel lining fluid), and I'm pretty happy with the result.
That said, any tips on how to apply the metallic Gundam markers more evenly?

For metallic colors I use Sharpies, which I've found to have way more even coverage on large surfaces. It does tend to rub off much more easily without topcoat, though.
I use Dspiae or Sharpie for my paint marker needs now. I much prefer the brush tips over the hard plastic tips like the Gundam markers use.
