Put it on my calendar.

Put a reminder a few days before.

Put a reminder on the month as well.

Add it as a alarm.

Boomerang the email reminder.

Write a post it note.

Make a chat reminder that will fire a few days prior to the event.

Then a day later a call denotes that it's been rescheduled, and you have to resynchronize all your reminders. Oh, and you realize a schedule conflict moments after you confirm and hang up.
