Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

You'd join hands with fascists against a pope put in place to oppose it?
Id work together with fellow humans to take down the world's biggest evil. See Stephen fry vs the church. I'm actually shocked people defend the pope and church, wild times.
There's a word for that. It's called collaboration.
I don't care what you want to do, working with fascists is the stupidest way to do it.
Part of the root of that fascism is the church.... So cutting out religion would in turn help dismantle the core of the issue. So you mean to tell me you wouldn't do that at any cost? stupid you say?

When you collaborate with fascists, it always goes one way. They use you, then they turn on you. Every single time.
They must always be the victims. There must always be new enemies. If you join hands with fascists, you're just empowering them and volunteering yourself as the next enemy
What do you think this would even look like? They like the trappings of Christianity. They're not going to give up religion. They're just going to pick or create a more convenient hate-filled flavor and try to make it the national religion
One day you'll be able to out think them.
