Das ist schon sehr nah an "Herr Lehrer, der Hund hat meine Hausaufgaben gefressen". So einfach redest du dich da nicht raus - und natürlich wird dir da dann der Verkehrsrichter sagen, dass die Funktionskontrolle eines elektronischen Displays eine Benutzung eines elektronischen Gerätes ist.
