So they're gonna start enforcing that "well-regulated militia" thing? Because I doubt Donald "take the guns first, due process later" Trump is a gun nut...

Legally speaking, most American men are in the militia. The only women in the militia are in the National Guard. If the 2A was the only time in the Bill of Rights that, "the People," referred to a government sanctioned body, then most women cannot legally own a firearm.
