Is it good news?
A 6'4" second row tackling a 5'8 back isn't going to be able to get low.
Everyone is already trying to tackle low, but sometimes it doesn't work out.
Statistics say it is good news. Not every tackle is better, but on the whole it is getting better
Ah, ok...
I didn't know they changed the law on tackle height.
That's my bad, I misinterpreted what this was about.
