They could make some shitty startup named BroBar that creates public places where the atmosphere is chill, beer is served, and where you could find people for your "core group". Maybe even play some pool.

But first of all, you have to think about the monitarization and scalability! Make it a subscription service! And you need an app to track your ~~pay slaves~~ customers! And you need merch! This "friendship"-business model must be profitable!
