Das passiert nur wenn ich Bilder hochlade, welche ich mit dem iPhone aufgenommen habe. Im HEIF Format.

Workaround: Iphonekamera auf jpeg umstellen

Lösung: Filter für ffmpeg schreiben.

Edit: Das Problem scheint weiter verbreitet zu sein. IOS wandelt beim Teilen mit anderen Programmen das Bild wohl automatisch in JPEG um, und etliche cloudbasierte Fotodammlungen haben wohl auch Probleme.
