According to the secretariat, emails threatening the life of Yoshida, a member of the Japanese Communist Party, were sent at roughly one-minute intervals between 8:00 p.m. on Friday and 3:50 p.m. on Monday. All were sent from the same email address.

That level of dedication should be a huge red flag and get her assigned heightened security. Even just creating a script to send an email every minute is a level of fixation that can quickly escalate.

I 100% agree, it's fixated and the person is putting time and energy into harassing her. It also shows they have IT skills which they can use for other things.

Seems like it. Definitely a person who should invest their time into something less harmful. Who gets this enraged over menstrual products being more available?
