It's really big in the barefoot shoes community. To the point of being cultish personally.

Vivobarefoot has a page about the science of it. Only the first 1/3 of the page has references to a few papers. The other 2/3 is ATM I consider marketing as there's no research paper referenced.

It's griping about the ssl cert, which is annoying because it's let me visit other sites that others' have had blocked, before. I chose "visit site anyway" and it still blocks it. 🙄
