Wir alle kennen die italienische Küche oder die thailändische und lieben sie. Aber welche lokale Kochtradition ist zu Unrecht völlig unbekannt und sollte von mir ausprobiert werden?

Es ist halt eine regionale Küche, die auch aus der Verfügbarkeit der Zutaten im östlichen Raum entstanden ist. Meine 'westdeutsche' Frau kennt so gut wie nichts davon.

Steak au four, mehr brauchste nicht. Als "Wessi" kann ich das nur empfehlen
