I think orcas are up next, they're the smartest and have the most wrinkley brains on earth. Maybe why they started sinking yachts... Because we're too smooth brained to to it

Nope, it's crows. Crows solve problems just like orcas, and remember. However crows can manipulate objects much better. Studies have shown they're already using tools. Also, they can freaking fly!

Also, if we're betting, I say a crows wing is much more likely to evolve an opposing thumb than a dolphin flipper.

you are assuming an opposing thumb is absolutely necessary. in that case, monkeys are much better candidates.
