[Unresolved, I think] There seems to be some technical problem when trying to subscribe to other instances (slrpnk.net)

There seems to be some technical problem when trying to subscribe to other instances, unless it's simply me doing something wrong.

Here is what I tried to do:

Open https://lemmy.ml/c/librewolf
Click "Subscribe"
Enter "slrpnk.net" and press "Fetch community"
You should get redirected to https://slrpnk.net/activitypub/externalInteraction?uri=https%3A%2F%2Flemmy.ml%2Fc%2Flibrewolf but for me that simply shows "Server error"

Did I do it the wrong way? It seems like there might be a bug here.

When you open the community via https://lemmy.ml/c/librewolf you are using the lemmy.ml instance. Since your account is on slrpnk.net you need to open the community using this instance to subscribe. So:

Open slrpnk.net
Go to "Communities"
Search for "librewolf" and make sure you have "ALL" selected
Go to the community using the search results
Then subscribe

There's the "Fetch Community" button that's meant to work around this I think. But it seems to be broken.
