Cabaret Nocturne has such good ambient dark electronic vibes. Sextile is one of the few others in recent years that comes close to hitting that same itch. Maybe a bit of Occam's Laser or Carpenter Brut. Hell I still have the video for turbo killer done with the blood machines aesthetic still etched in my memory.
