Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

I think the biggest propaganda buy in was that neo-liberal politics and policies along with the "free market" were the best for a sustainable world.
Yeah... it fucking sucks. I didn't even realize how much propaganda I had internalized, since like, birth? Didn't know "neo-liberal" was even a thing. Looking back, it's just kinda like, "damn. Most of my beliefs aren't even of me?". The cognitive dissonance was loud
But, on the up & up, I now get to build beliefs that are of me, rather than for me... so that's cool
Yeah, deprogramming takes a while too with the intense level of propaganda. Realizing that the "left" they say in the media and such refers to neo-liberalism and not actual leftist policies or politics. It's all purposely obsfucated to keep us in that vacuum.
