Please tell me what you are doing for the generation behind you.
Paying taxes that fund public education despite not having kids? Supporting politicians who want to make our public education system more robust and performant? Supporting politicians and policies to attempt to combat climate change? Giving money to causes related to the above even though I don't (and will never) have kids?
Yeah, that should fix things.

Well some people seem to think that boomers were working for the next gen, or I guess against them.
I mean I'm voting to help them every possible chance I get. Something that appears to be anathema to the boomer generation.
Sure. There are always lots of great politicians to vote for. I can't believe those boomers didn't think of that.

I'm just making my way through the universe, like everyone else, including boomers. My point was that people seem to think that boomers, or any generation for that matter, have a big meeting and decide to fuck up the following generations en masse. I think oligarchs are causing the problems, not 70 year olds, who had the nerve to buy a house because they could. If you were a boomer I bet you wouldn't have done anything different, because you would not have seen the harm in it. As always the harm comes from the top, not a whole generation.
Not having kids, my bloodline ideally ends with me. At my age my mother already had me and was pregnant with a second child she couldn't care for, I'm 26 and soon to be 27. I'm hoping I die an irrelevant, ignoble, and funny death.
