A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

I wouldn't say "allow," more like they won't necessarily include it as part of the analysis/discussion unless you bring it up first. And then, they may not be well versed in discussing it or helping from that angle, even if it is brought into the picture.
Yeah, a mental health professional isn't going to be much help with the actual issue, they are more about how to cope with it. Which is also the case when dealing with past trauma; the past is in the past and no one can change that no matter what kind of licenses they have. And while mental health professionals can do something about the system, those things have nothing to do with what their expertise is in (assuming they are the kind that has expertise and aren't just using people's issues to recruit or strengthen their ties to their cult and that kind doesn't want to help you but wants their cult to join in the capitalists in exploiting you, though some do seem to believe they are helping people).
