A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Of course the rich are getting richer and richer. It's quite a challenge not to grow richer once you're already rich. You'd have to make several consecutive really bad decisions to achieve that.
The problem for them is that taxing the rich helps the poor, and slightly narrows the gap between the two classes. This is precisely what they cannot stand.
It doesn't matter how much money the rich have, or how much more they will make in the next 12 months. What matters is how much more than you they have, because that's what dictates their elite status in society.
All billionaires would happily lose all their billions, as long as it meant the poor lost even more. Because that would result in them being relatively richer, and so more powerful in a capitalist society.
This is also why they will oppose a shorter work week till their last breath. Sure, it'd benefit them, but it'd benefit regular people more, and so the elites would become less elite as a result. This is the only thing that really matters to them.
