Das sollte man nur einführen, wenn die Mehrheit wirklich Elektroauto fährt und dann für alle Autos, damit das Elektroauto nicht benachteiligt wird. Und die Kraftstoffsteuer kann man dann als eine Sanktion für's Umweltverschmutzen ansehen.
