This is mostly a nothing burger. MOST of the data intensive stuff is already backed up if you have it on. According to the email I got this will increase my usage by .1GB (100mb). I'm honestly surprised they were not counting all settings already. I'm, overall not happy with them in general these days but this is a pretty minor change.
