I'm intersex, and my bits don't work, but most of the world caters to me, like grocery stores and traffic intersections and public parks. I don't really take in a whole lot of advertising, so a lot of the sexual ads and content are something I never see.
I thought I was horny once, but that was just Rush Limbaugh dying.
Seriously though, I can't imagine what is so interesting about sex that people would upend their homelives about it, and write 40% of all lyrical music about it. I've got a bit of money from not having kids, and I can pursue my photography career.
In the end though, someone explained to me that horniness is the suspension of disgust: licking someone's mouth, eating ass, stuff like that. My disgust never gets suspended, I'm not gonna eat ass. People poop from there.

That is so alien to me. I wake up absolutely desperate to orgasm and equally desperate to make my husband ejaculate (this is my thing and really really advances me towards orgasm). Without hormonal influence, repulsion is the natural reaction regarding sex. Weird smells, orifices, fluids, grunting and sweating all up in personal space, goofy faces, the entire act is inherently gross. It takes a powerful cascade, a cocktail if you will, of hormones to induce procreation.
