They changed how they detect allergies? I…might have to go in and get tested for that, someday.
If you are having serious inflammation issues of any sort. Not just congestion or runny nose. Run, don't walk. Even having previously been "diagnosed". Maybe I developed new allergies in the last 40 years. But I doubt it. I think they legitimately missed some of my worst ones. Giving some of them up after finding out was hard. But worth it for me.
Chronic joint pain hardly a thing any more. Chronic dermatological issues. Largely a solved thing. Congestion, it was never this minimal even as a kid plowing through everything with the energy of youth. Even managed to loose 50 pounds. Don't get me wrong. I'll break down and eat something with allergens in it from time to time. Even overdo it.
When I overdo it I will pay for it. Usually one of my ankles swells up and gets really sore and stiff. And I might have some other General body aches. But just detoxing my diet again and I feel so much better.
Honestly '50s and 60s you're going to get so many new aches and pains why add to it if you can avoid it. I definitely recommend going if you haven't been in 30 to 40 years. It's very different.
