parents can booze-up their kids in wisconsin, as long as it's in their presence.

I think that's most states. As long as the parent is still responsible for the kid drinking and they stay home.

In Wisconsin you can bring them into a bar and buy them a drink.

You can also do this in Texas but the business can refuse the sale.

I can guarantee you that is not true, at least not in every state.

I can guarantee that more than half of the states allow minors to drink in the presence and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian .
