I like them both, but I will concede that it's not for everyone. Plus, really expensive caviar doesn't taste much better than mid-tier caviar.
As for oysters, my GF hates them solely because of the texture.
You mean various forms of fish snot? Like who was the first person to put that in their mouth and why did it seem like a good idea?
I dont like most seafood, I'll eat fish right out of the water, but that's pretty much it. BUT even if I LOVED it oysters would still be gross.
Oysters are wonderful tho, need some pepper and vinegar to make em shine though.
seems like all the effort goes to masking the raw fish/salt water taste with various forms of sauce
