The company took to their X (formerly Twitter) account and posted the photo of a LEGO Classic box with the updated range and with the message, “Updated for you, Sir David.”

Not to rain on the parade, but its not on Xitter. Is it on another platform, or is it just made up? The screenshots look like Instagram, I think, but I don't have an account so can't verify. Also, are they actually changing the packaging, or is this just a (still nice) social media tribute? Hate to ruin the fun, but I also don't want to be praising a corporation for something they didn't even do.

The screenshot linked in the article's Twitter "source" is definitely Instagram. But the tweet is some random 3rd-party pop culture news resharer. It's not MSN news either, it's a feed of "inde news" hosted on MSN. It's probably slop.

I saw it first on their Facebook, I just can't link it here without the page needing a login to view. And I'm not sure, it might just be a social media tribute.
