Always wondered if men, women, trans (whoever you you want) actually enjoyed doing it, looks like it is more like work than actually enjoying the experience.
It depends. It's not usually like in porn (which usually looks like work because it is)
If it's with people who want to have mutual enjoyment in a caring way it can be amazing, but even one selfish person can bring the whole thing down and make it feel like a chore.
Men are more likely to be selfish.
I got paid a lot of money once to go dogging, and it was very unpleasant and not worth it. Meanwhile, a weekend-long foursome with 3 other women is one of my most cherished memories and a go-to to think about if I feel the need to Jill off.
Now I'm older I don't think I'd want to do more than a threesome with two women, though. It takes a certain amount of fitness that I just can't maintain any more.

Less "competitive" mindset I think. I feel like homophobia has resulted in a lot of men taking their pent up sexual aggression out on women when they might otherwise be able to identify themselves as bi and just work out those feelings with another dude. Instead we have all these men spiraling into emotional black holes because women don't want them right this second. I've heard anecdotally that if everyone felt 100% comfortable being honest bi people would probably be the true majority. So it's not like it would fix the incel problem but there might be few enough that they couldn't concentrate into inescapable singularities.
