And from personal experience, my smaller than average penis still satisfies partners (enough for them to come back).
Only concern would be if it doesn't work, but that is a medical issue and not a personal failure.
Also, having a large penis isn't always a good thing. You have to be careful not to bottom out, and even if you don't the size can cause pain. Plus if it's too big she'll probably have a more difficult time even getting it in her mouth.
It can definitely narrow your pool of potential partners.
