I want to easily follow podcasts I enjoy and listen to them and also dont want to do this via spotify... How do you keep yourself updated on the Podcasts you like?

I am asking now, because I just used to visit the channelzeronetwork where the newer episodes of podcasts were playing or were shown on the main page, but now its not showing any new episodes anymore.

I listen to them on my phone. I use AntennaPod. It's an open source Android app. It follows feeds and downloads new episodes.
