French gendered nouns are weird. (lemmy.ca)

The french word for vagina is "vagin". IT IS MASCULIN.

We have been taken for fools! The charlattans in French linguistic departments are mocking us.

Hey, he ain't wrong. Even the exceptions to where there's correlation still end up fsiling in the face of the basic premise: social institutions, not language, perpetuates the sexism.
