I’ve been writing a variety of different things in this community over the past few weeks — unsolved murders, ghost stories, cryptids, urban legends, and even some satirical internet lore. It’s been fun sharing different kinds of strange and unusual topics with people here.

The posts about Titan, Ceres, and the other moon were a little different from the usual paranormal or mystery subjects, but I was honestly surprised by how much interest they seemed to generate.

Most of my writing interests tend to lean toward paranormal topics, horror, extraterrestrial stories, and epic fantasy. But I’ve always had a strong curiosity about space and the possibility of life beyond Earth, and that curiosity is what led me to start writing about some of the stranger worlds in our solar system.

Those posts actually come from a larger project I’ve been slowly working on. I’ve been exploring places like ocean moons, methane seas, volcanic worlds, and distant dwarf planets far beyond Neptune.

The more scientists explore these places, the more it turns out that our solar system is filled with environments that feel genuinely alien, even though they exist right in our own cosmic neighborhood.

The idea behind the project is essentially a journey through some of the most unusual worlds we’ve discovered and what scientists have learned about them.

And @jmass on YouTube focuses on urban exploration, documenting abandoned locations and unusual places that most people never get to see.
