Big Walk is coming to Steam, Switch 2, & PlayStation 5 on August 4 2026!

Let House House show you some of the things you might get up to in a play session of Big Walk.

Listen to the music: • aksfx - Big Walk Theme (Jumping Voices)

Hang out and get lost with close friends in a big world. A cooperative online walker-talker from the creators of Untitled Goose Game.

Set out with your friends through a wide-open world full of challenges, puzzles, and discoveries. You’ll need to work together to find your way around, stay in contact using an assortment of tools and toys, and figure out new ways to communicate when you suddenly find yourself speechless.

Adventuring aside, there’s plenty of time to just hang out. Sit and watch the sunset, or steal your friend’s binoculars and kick them into the ocean. Spending time with friends is the best part of a big walk.

Wondering what will become of the schools, college, retirement village across the road. They're already surrounded by industry. The article doesn't mention noise and vibration, which is the main complaint, apart from electricity costs, from neighbours of data centres in the US.

Critical vulnerability CVE-2025-55182 found in react and next.js - allows pre-auth code execution on the server. Pretty widespread campaign at the moment targetting any and all websites.

The website above is official advisory - this is a good overview too https://youtu.be/iV48tEiHFDY

Drivers with an iPhone 14 or newer — including the latest iPhone 17 models — will be able to connect to NRMA Roadside Assistance via satellite, even when they’re beyond mobile coverage.

According to another article this will also work with various other roadside assistance providers:

Roadside Assistance via Satellite can be used in Australia to get help from NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, RACT, and AANT.

I don't know why they say "technologies under-16s could face" when it's clear that all social media users in Australia will be subjected to them.

Google has co-operated with the ACCC, admitted liability and agreed to jointly submit to the Court that Google should pay a total penalty of $55 million. It is a matter for the Court to determine whether the penalty and other orders are appropriate.

The understandings, which were in place between December 2019 and March 2021, required Telstra and Optus to only pre-install Google Search on Android phones they sold to consumers, and not other search engines.

In return, Telstra and Optus received a share of the revenue Google generated from ads displayed to consumers when they used Google Search on their Android phones.
