The title might be redundant but it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♀️

Post the food you cook, or the recipes you love.

In the spirit of the chill vibes CPO ethos, some simple rules:

  1. You don't need to be vegan to participate but if you go to the trouble of bringing it up, I'm not going to delete critical/mean comments.

  2. No low effort content. OC such as memes are welcome, link spam is not. If you are linking a recipe at least let us know why you are sharing it. Do you like it? Is it something you've been meaning to try? Give us something!

  3. Low effort content will be flagged in the comments. I get it, not everyone reads the side bar. If it becomes a pattern from a user I'll just start deleting them 🤷🏻‍♀️

  4. You can cross your own posts from other coms but cross posts from other comms without discussion (or cross posts that are stirring up shit) will be deleted.

  5. I can't believe I have to write this - if you comment about eating corpses or other bodily fluids, I'm deleting it.

I fucking love these noodles.

The potatoes were steamed then sliced and coated with vegan margarine mixed with onion soup mix. My partner had memories of making this before but I'd never heard of it! I wouldn't call it healthy but it's very tasty.

A very yellow meal (crazypeople.online)

I was in the mood for some yellow rice but didn't have anything in particular in mind to top it with. While the rice was cooking I steamed some cauliflower and butternut squash and went on a walk through the garden to see what caught my eye. The finished dish ended up as-

  • yellow rice
  • cauliflower
  • butternut squash
  • garlic
  • chives
  • apple mint
  • orange mint
  • spearmint
  • pineapple sage
  • dill
  • dry spices
  • coconut milk

It was such a satisfying meal to eat. The mint really does wonders to bring a new twist to some familiar flavors.

Steamed some brussel sprouts in the microwave and reheated some leftover rice. Added rice seasoning and some dry spices, gave it a bit of a drizzle with toasted sesame oil and low sodium soy sauce.

I love brussel sprouts 🤤

Quickly threw together some canned/jarred goods and pasta to make something filling but not boring.

  • Radiatori pasta
  • Tomato Paste
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • Pepperoncini Peppers
  • Artichoke Hearts
  • Dry spices

Took as long as it takes noodles to boil to prep/cook and get to the fun part. 🍽️

My spouse and I weren't sure what we wanted to have for Sunday dinner, but I knew I wanted to make some baked tofu.

We were going to make sandwiches but couldn't figure out a side dish so we just decided to make some fresh rolls with stuff we have at home.

We used the baked tofu, vermicelli, cilantro, mint, and lettuce. I made a sauce with veg oyster sauce, rice vinegar and a chilli paste.

They were so good 🤤

Tostada time 🤤 (crazypeople.online)

I guess I'll break the ice here 🥶.

Most of my day was spent away from home and I came home starving. I actually made two of these and the first one barely made it on the plate before it was devoured. There isn't much of a recipe, just a bunch of stuff I had on hand and went a little overboard with...

  • Tostada shells
  • Refried beans
  • Vegan taco filling
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Fire roasted tomatoes
  • Green chilies
  • Vegan cheese

It's a fiesta for your mouth.
