I don't know any headphones that do all 3 of those things decently at that price point so I think you need to prioritise which functions matter more to you. In my experience, in that price range specifically, I would suggest Logitech for video conferences Skullcandy for music (specifically metal, other genres fare better on different headphones) unfortunately for gaming you can't use a wireless headphone with a mic without audio quality taking a huge hit
Man it's hard not to be a Steam fanboy. I had only noticed some of their changes like the shopping cart, store declutter and obviously the game recorder but they've sure been busy making everyones experience better while every other company is committed to make things worse.
