Senility and specialty.

People get old and their brains break - it happens to us all.

People who are good at a thing are considered to be good - which they aren't necessarily. Someone who is good at hockey or while being managed by a PR team isn't necessarily a good chef or a good woodworker... this might sound obvious in those cases but people constantly make this mistake when it comes to politics.

I wish I could crash like that bird is crashing. I'm literally seething with jealousy.

It doesn't matter if he reverses tariffs. The bridge has been burned.. and the temporary bridge we built out of grace has also been burned.

We're putting all our bridge materials from here on out towards Europe.

Not the hyphen specifically - just a distinct symbol for contractions.

I'm in absolute agreement with that.

Ah, you mean imported Hákarl from Iceland?

I think the bigger issue is that if a party gains majority it tends to sour on passing PR. Not to get all depressing up in here but in BC the NDP rode to power on promises of PR, held a sabotaged referendum, and never brought it up again.

Eh... eh... eh....

The Liberals deserve a good portion of that blame - especially w.r.t. grocery chains which only got a slap on the wrists after the bread price fixing scheme.

It's not like the CPC would have done anything differently had they been in charge (both parties are deeply neoliberal) but the NDP, Greens or BQ likely would've responded much stronger.

You mean Greenlanders don't want to invite a fucker that's trying to colonize them in for a spot of tea? Color me surprised.

Maybe they could try bribing homeless people with food again?

How to Respond to a Question on Title Capitalization: A Brief Commentary

It isn't normal to capitalize every first letter... it's normal to capitalize nearly every first letter.

George HW Bush: notable woke radical.

Their website: https://www.taxpayer.com/

This organization is conservative oriented and advocating against tax auto filing to keep H&R Block and similar rent seekers in business.

Stand strong and in favor of tax auto filing to reduce fraud and waste - there is no reason the government shouldn't estimate our taxes for us.

Just a sanity check here but... yall ever been mid conversation with someone and confused that they've forgotten a thing you talked about... until you realize that previous conversation took place entirely in your head?
